Enter the qualifying monthly BV (Bonus Volume) per distributor and the number
of distributors on each level and then click on "Calculate Results."  Monthly commissions are paid in US $.  Qualifying monthly order for maximum payout is 100 BV.  In order for you to receive 10% in commissions on your levels 3 and below you need to qualify as a Diamond executive.  Again, please refer to ForMor's compensation plan.
