ForMor International started in 1996
with a simple idea - to help ALL distributors win in network
marketing. The idea has become a mission, and that mission is now a
reality with both part-time and full-time network marketing
distributors sharing equally in this generous and extremely lucrative
compensation plan. ForMor is ever expanding with innovative concepts
to enhance our bonus structure.
Now, the full-time professional has an even greater opportunity to
earn more money while helping the part-time distributor achieve
maximum income. Each phase of the compensation structure is a
synergistic blend of network marketing power. From weekly direct
deposits, to the worldwide bonus pools, this guide gives you all the
details about the amazing ForMor Financial Plan.
INTRODUCTION:
The power of ForMor's Financial plan
becomes clear as you examine it in detail. It is divided into four
phases:
Phase I - Fast Start Bonus
Phase II - Business Development
Phase III - Residual Bonus
Phase IV - Bonus Pools
As your business grows, you reap greater and greater benefit for
your efforts and persistence.
You begin your journey to financial freedom with ForMor as a
Qualified Executive Distributor. As you help others start their
journey, you move up the ladder. The greater the number of people you
help to discover true freedom, the greater your level of achievement
will be. Starting with Ruby, then to Emerald, then Diamond and Double
Diamond. Platinum Diamond is the highest level of achievement. As your
level of achievement increases, so too will your participation in each
phase of the financial plan.
The ForMor Financial Plan is designed for everyone. Newcomers to
network marketing, part-time business builders and full-time
professionals can generate cash-flow quickly. Each phase works
together to create more and more INCOME for you and your team.
FAST START PACKS
Sponsoring new distributors to your
team is the essential first step to building your team. New
distributors can begin with a Fast Start Pack. There are several to
chose from and each pack contains valuable inventory of products at
substantial savings plus a FREE distributor kit.
Throughout this guide
an individual who joins with a Fast Start Pack will be represented by
the following symbol:
The Fast Start Packs have no BV assigned to them, however, the
volume from the Packs sold in your organization along with Total BV
count toward your Team Volume which we will cover
below.
BONUS VOLUME OR BV
All ForMor products are assigned a
Bonus Volume or BV value. Commissions are paid based on the amount of
Bonus Volume (BV) you and your team generate each month. The
foundation of the Financial Plan is based upon each individual
distributor in North America selling or consuming 114 BV (100 BV
International) of product every month.114 BV (100 BV International) is
your only requirement in order to qualify for full commissions on
Phase III of the Financial Plan. As we cover various phases of the
plan, you will find that the more BV you and your organization are
able to accrue, the more INCOME you will earn as a distributor.
NOTE: Some ForMor products, such as our marketing materials, do
not have BV assigned to them.
TEAM BV
The Team BV is the
cumulative total Bonus Volume in your entire organization, including
personal volume above and beyond your qualifying 114 BV (100 BV
International).
TEAM VOLUME
Team Volume is the
cumulative total of Bonus Volume AND Fast Start Pack volume in your
entire organization, including personal volume above and beyond your
qualifying 114 BV (100 BV International).
NOTE: It is important to familiarize yourself with the
differences in these two terms. In the Financial Plan, some of the
qualifiers are based upon Team BV or Team
Volume.
AUTOSHIP
The next step after becoming a
distributor is selecting an Autoship package. While participation in
the Autoship program is optional, it is essential for people seriously
building a business with ForMor International. Besides the convenience
of having your qualifying order shipped to you automatically every
month, advanced internet functions and reduced shipping costs,
Autoship is an integral part of the Financial Plan. We will cover the
details a little later, but for now keep in mind that in order to take
full advantage of the opportunities the Financial Plan offers, you and
your team will want to participate in the Autoship program.
NOTE: Even though the Fast Start Pack has no BV, any
distributor who joins with a Basic pack or higher is considered a
Qualified Executive Distributor that month just as if they had
qualified with 114 BV (100 BV International).
RANK LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS
There are six basic rank levels in the ForMor Financial Plan. You
begin as an Executive Distributor. As you sponsor more people into
your organization you will rise to Ruby, Emerald, Diamond, Double
Diamond and ultimately Platinum Diamond. Your rank level qualification
dictates the phases of the Financial Plan in which you participate.
Throughout these pages we will refer to these rank levels frequently
in words and pictures, therefore, we will establish the definition of
each level and a legend of corresponding icons below.
Qualified Executive Distributor
A distributor who joins with
a Basic Fast Start Pack or higher and has met their 114 BV (100
International) requirements for the current month. This distributor is
qualified to receive full commissions in Phases I and III.
Ruby Executive
A Qualified Executive
Distributor who has two (2) Qualified Executive Distributors on their
first level.
Emerald Executive
A Qualified Executive
Distributor who has four (4) Qualified Executive Distributors on their
first level and a Total Team Volume of 1,500*. This distributor is
qualified to receive full commissions in Phase I and is also eligible
to participate in Phase II and Phase III when the qualifications have
been met.
Diamond Executive
A Qualified Executive
Distributor who has six (6) Qualified Executive Distributors on their
first level and a Total Team Volume of 7,500*. This distributor is
qualified to receive full commissions in Phase I and is also eligible
to participate in Phase II, Phase III and Phase IV when the
qualifications have been met.
Double Diamond Executive
A Qualified Executive
Distributor who has six (6) Qualified Executive Distributors on their
first level, has at least two (2) legs with at least one (1) Diamond
each (both within the first three levels) and a Total Team Volume of
50,000*. This distributor is qualified to receive full commissions in
Phase I, and is eligible to participate in Phase II, Phase III and
Phase IV when the qualifications have been met.
Platinum Diamond Executive
A Qualified Executive
Distributor who has six (6) Qualified Executive Distributors on their
first level, has at least two (2) legs with at least one (1) Double
Diamond each (both within the first three levels) OR four (4) Diamonds
in at least three (3) different legs (also within the first three
levels) and a Total Team Volume of 100,000*. This distributor is
qualified to receive full commissions in Phase I, and is eligible to
participate in Phase II, Phase III and Phase IV when the
qualifications have been met.
* No more than 70% volume can come from any single leg.

The following diagrams are some examples of what each Rank Level
Qualifier’s organization may look like. Keep in mind that these are
hypothetical examples and there are certainly many variations that
would still be valid. For example, any combination of elements that
gives a distributor 4 first-level Qualified Executive Distributors and
a cumulative Team Volume of at least 1,500 would qualify him or her at
the Emerald level.
Qualifying as a Ruby
simply requires that you have two Qualified Executives on your first
level. These could also be Fast Start Packs.
Qualifying as an
Emerald requires that you have four Qualified Executives on your first
level and at least 1,500 in Team Volume.
In the example below, we examine one possible configuration of a
Diamond’s organization. There are 5 - Qualified Executives and 1 Elite
Fast Start Pack on the first level (for a total of six Qualified
Executives). This Diamond has a Team Volume of 8,141 (14 Qualified
Executives and 11 Elite Fast Start Packs in the entire organization).

PRODUCT DISCOUNT
The Product Discount is designed to create a higher level of retail
profitability for the distributor. The discount is calculated based on
monthly product sales.

FAST START BONUS
Phase I is designed to quickly infuse cash into the hands of anyone
who is sponsoring new distributors into the business. When you sell
any Fast Start Pack, you receive up to a $200 Fast Start Bonus.The
Fast Start Bonus is paid weekly to Autoship distributors who are on
Direct Deposit in North America!

New Business Development
Phase II compensates leaders of a growing team. You can qualify to
earn up to $80 on every Fast Start Pack that is sold by your team,
regardless of where they are in your organization.One of the other
tremendous features of Phase II is that it is paid weekly to those who
are in the North American Autoship program and have selected to have
their bonus checks direct deposited.


This example shows how the Phase II Bonus is paid when an Emerald,
Diamond, Double Diamond and Platinum Diamond, respectively are in the
upline. In this example, each rank level would qualify for a $20
Business Development Bonus.

This example shows how the Phase II Bonus is paid when a Diamond,
then Emerald and then a Platinum Diamond, respectively are in the
upline. In this example, the Diamond would qualify for a $40 Bonus and
the Platinum Diamond would also qualify for a $40 Bonus

This example shows how the Phase II Bonus is paid when a Platinum
Diamond only is in the upline. The Platinum Diamond would qualify for
an $80 Business Development Bonus.

This example shows how the Phase II Bonus is paid when an Emerald
and a Platinum Diamond, are in the upline. The Emerald would qualify
for $20 and the Platinum Diamond would qualify for a $60 bonus.

This example shows how the Phase II Bonus is paid when an Emerald,
Double Diamond and Platinum Diamond, respectively are in the upline.
The Emerald qualifies for a $20 bonus, the Double Diamond qualifies
for a $40 bonus and the Platinum Diamond qualifies for a $20 bonus.
RESIDUAL BONUS INCOME
All Qualified Executive Distributors participate in Phase III of
the Financial Plan. This phase alone has extremely powerful money
making potential. You earn an amazing 60% bonus from your first two
levels! You can earn up to 10% on your third level through infinity!
Here is how it works:

SHARED INFINITY BONUS
The Infinity Bonus Program begins on the third level. Depending on
your Rank Level, you earn:
Ruby 3%
Emerald 6%
Diamond 10%
Beginning on the fourth level, it becomes a Shared Infinity Bonus.

LEADERSHIP GENERATIONAL BONUS
As you develop Diamonds in your organization, you can qualify for
the Diamond Generational Bonus. This pays very deep into the
organization, creating powerful residual bonuses to reward leaders.The
Leadership Generational Bonus pays 3% on EVERY level through four
generations of Diamonds. The first generation begins on the third
level of the first Diamond in each leg of your organization. The Bonus
continues to the third level of the fifth Diamond in each leg.

DIAMOND ELITE POOLS
Phase IV includes three Diamond Elite Pools. The purpose of these
pools is to reward our distributor partners for their help in building
the company. It is also designed to reward and encourage teamwork.
• All pool bonuses are paid monthly.
• Volume qualifications are based on residual BV only.
• All qualifiers receive an equal share of the pool
• No more than 70% of qualifying volume from one leg.

INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL PLAN
ForMor International has created a modified Financial Plan that
empowers our international business partners to take full advantage of
our opportunity.
Qualified Consumer
-A Distributor with at least 25BV Personal Volume for the current
month.
Qualified Junior Executive
-A Distributor with at least 50BV Personal Volume for the current
month.
Qualified Executive
-A Distributor with at least 100BV Personal Volume for the current
month.
Ruby Executive
-A Qualified Executive with at least 200BV* on their first level.
Emerald Executive
-A Qualified Executive with at least 400BV* on their first level
and Team Volume of at least 1,500** in a calendar month.
Diamond Executive
-A Qualified Executive with at least 600BV* on their first level
and Team Volume of at least 7,500** in a calendar month.
Double Diamond and Platinum Diamond
-Same as North American Plan
*No more than 100BV counts from any one person.
**At least 30% of the qualifying volume must come outside of a single
leg
